St\u00e9phane\u2019s research focuses mainly on feedback processes, from an individual, team and organizational level.&nbsp; For the past 10 years, the peer evaluation system, an application of his research on feedback for pedagogical purposes, has been used by thousands of JMSB students working on group projects.&nbsp; St\u00e9phane has published over 30 articles on feedback processes in peer refereed journals including <em>Personnel Psychology<\/em>,<em> Journal of Management, Academy of Management Learning and Education<\/em>, <em>Journal of Business and Psychology<\/em>, and <em>Leadership Quarterly<\/em>. He also served as President of the Canadian Society for Industrial\/Organizational Psychology.\n\n&nbsp;\n\n<strong>Nora Baronian, BSc., MBA, CCEP<\/strong>\n\n<img class=\"wp-image-1725 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/opentextbooks.concordia.ca\/mana362sandbox\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/34\/2020\/09\/Picture1.png#fixme\" alt=\"\" width=\"214\" height=\"214\">Nora Baronian is a professor in management at Concordia University. She has taught in the last 10 years in the Undergraduate and MBA level, specializing in the area of Human Resources and Strategy. She is &nbsp;the Director of the Undergraduate Case Competition Program. She holds a degree in Biochemisty with an MBA and is a Certified Ethics and Compliance Professional.
